Challenge

Mahieu Construct had a sales presentation that could not be used super efficiently because of the different construction projects that could be relevant to their prospects. Also, the design did not answer their new branding.

Solution

First, we created a completely new presentation style. In addition, we developed a dynamic sales presentation with a hamburger menu in which salespeople can present relevant projects in PowerPoint depending on the prospect.

Increased conversion rate
through interactive menu

Through interactive menus, the sales people are able to show only the relevant information to their target audience. In this way, we significantly improved the level of their sales meetings.

With the use of a hamburger menu, Mahieu can easily switch between all their different projects and subtly perform name-dropping. Also, clients can now specify things they want to see.

Experience & branding

We improved the quality of the sales presentation by also focusing visually on experience and branding.

We didn't create boring bulleted slides but a story that comes to life through the presentation. Mahieu Construct's presentations are now remembered even longer by their target group.

Agenda / Menu

Presentations are not Word documents, so there is little value in having a very detailed table of contents. The audience still wants to be surprised what will be covered during the presentation.

We chose to convert the agenda to an interactive menu where only the most important topics were already highlighted in a visual way.

When one wants to share figures with the audience, it is important that they are easy to understand and clearly brought on a slide.

We brought the figures very simply and clearly using different colored shapes. This way we can use the entire slide visually and the figures are easy to adjust without external help.

History of the company

The history of the company remains a classic among the slides of a company presentation. The first thing to ask is whether the company's history/timeline adds value. If it contains some interesting anecdotes, shows a certain expertise or experience, ... then you can certainly keep it. But beware, not all information is equally relevant to your audience.

At Mahieu Construct, we retained the most important information and cast it in a more attractive format than a pure summary.

Use of images

If you use visual imagery when making presentations, only choose qualitative images that you can use large enough on your slide. Blurred pictures detract from your presentation and consequently from your professionalism.

In this presentation we used the latest photographic material that could be displayed on the slides in razor-sharp and large quality. That way, it is very easy to do storytelling that was visually supported.
